ABOUT LICENSE
each commission is a single person license for use under one username (multiple sites ok, contact me for multiple username)

TERMS OF SERVICE
I reserve the right to refuse any commission
refunds are only to be given if I had not worked on / could not finish the commission
(for design: if initial quote was overestimated)
i reserve the right to use completed commission as samples
client may request progress update anytime at business hours only
credit must be given to VERXZ @saikinshindoi or @cylverxz
+ agreement on each of the specific services (basically just do not claim as own, do not sell, do not distribute and the like)
payments
i only accept paypal and venmo (returning clients only)
Please note that prices are subject to applicable tax and there will be an additional 5% surcharge on paypal to cover the fees
(RIG) payment can be made as a full payment or 50% initial deposit
ASSETS PAYMENT MUST BE DONE FULL IN ADVANCE.

in general i will send at least 3 updates
I might send update everytime each part is completed
for higher tiers I could send a working prototype if client so wishes (T1 and T2 for T3, T1 for T2)(full advance payment only)
